For the last 33 years Jose Vargas has assisted hundreds of business owners in the Tucson Community in mapping their road to a successful business life.
Mr. Vargas has developed a specialty in assisting business owners to stay true to their business objectives by bringing solutions to their business needs such as tax management, business management and business growth. Additionally he has helped people and businesses cut their taxes by as much as 50%, and increase their incomes by as much as 30%.
Mr. Vargas is well known in the Tucson Community, and is married to his wife of 39 yrs Letticia who is a teacher; they have two sons who are successful in their respective business careers, and seven grand children. He strongly believes in his guide and Shepherd our Lord Jesus Christ.
Gastón Aguirre, Accounts Manager
Gastón has more than 10 years of accounting experience in both public and private accounting. Dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes, Gastón focuses on services for small to medium sized businesses, His responsibilities include conducting, supervising, reviewing clients’ financial records. For small to medium-sized businesses, Gaston has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns, payroll tax and sale tax reports.
Mónica Sánchez, Administrative Assistant
Monica assists in bookkeeping duties, working alongside the owner and accountants. She has experience working with the public, and she manages day-to-day office operations, while serving as a liaison between new/existing clients and accountants. Monica is also bilingual in English/Spanish. Monica is a Notary Public within the State of Arizona, has previously worked for U.S. Federal Government, and for several companies within the State of Arizona. She has three daughters, and lives in Tucson, Arizona. Her interests are accounting, music, sports and fitness.
Susy Bravo, VP of Operations
Susy has proudly been part of Azteca's team since its inception in 2007. Her background is in operations and management, primarily in the medical field. In 2004 Susy started a consulting business with a focus on physician office start up and/or process implementation such as business office setup , billing, HR procedures, contracting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc. This type of work has lent itself to round out her client base to include small business owners. Susy is blessed with two sons, a daughter-in-law and grandson along with a large extended family.
Ignacio Villalobos, Accountant
Ignacio Villalobos has been working in the accounting field since 2008. He worked as a professional tax prepare at H&R Block for five consecutive tax seasons. Ignacio earned an Associate Degree in Accounting at Pima Community College.
